NAM Mechanical has been servicing South East Queensland’s Heavy Earthmoving Industry since 2007, quickly becoming Brisbane’s leading mobile diesel repairers. Specializing in the piling industry, NAM Mechanical is well received as an independent, reliable, thorough repairer that takes that extra care and attention to detail.
NAM Mechanical prides itself on a 24 hour breakdown service. Our mobile workshop means we are able to repair the equipment without having to take it off premises. Attention to detail on various types of machinery from skid steers and backhoes through to mini excavators and trenchers has clients such as landscapists and small plant hire companies relying on NAM Mechanical for their programmed maintenance.
Larger stationary engines have also been serviced through NAM, from complete engine rebuilds through to unique fault finding.
Over time our scope has widened. We have worked on fleet equipment over the years, from concrete trucks to rear lift and side lift garbage trucks, delivery pan tecs, tippers, and compacters.
Michael, our qualified diesel fitter, with more than 20 years’ experience, has had the pleasure of working on Australia’s more extensive projects. In 2010 our view widened still. Brisbane’s Gateway Bridge upgrade, the Goodna Bypass in Brisbane, the Ballina Bypass in New South Wales, Iron Ore mine project in the Pilbara and the LNG Gas Field extension in Darwin, just to name a few.
We are pleased to introduce a young apprentice, Liam into the diesel trade in 2013. He has worked with Michael on various pieces of Piling and other ground engineering equipment, including grout and concrete pumps, drilling rigs, vibratory drivers, CFA tools, hydraulic hammers and crawler cranes.
Today NAM Mechanical is a recognised leader in mobile diesel fitting. We are committed to safe and healthy work practices. All work is proudly carried with project specific safety and health requirements.
